When he's not at Broomhill, Callum can usually be found crushing on the limestone, setting at the main Works, or playing a round of golf. Despite his love for the lime, Callum's favourite boulder is Tourniquet 8a at Kentmere boulders.

START TAGS: Remember, you only need to use one hand on the tagged hold. The other hand can start anywhere you like! It could be a match, another hold you can reach without jumping, or even an angle of the wall. The climbs of each circuit are numbered so you can keep track of what you have tried, but be warned, the difficulty doesn't necessarily increase with the numbers!

We hope to receive our hire shoe order in the coming weeks and will make sure to shout about them, so you can come climb with us!

Q: Do prepaid members to the Woodseats gym gain free entry to Broomhill?

A: Unfortunatly not. :(

Unlike other climbing centres, this new wall is not part of a chain. The Broomhill Climbing Works is owned and run in conjunction with the Broomhill Methodist Centre and is therefore a separate business.

We will provide you with the same flavour of route setting, So you can expect great climbing but in a new and different environment!

Public Transport, Parking & Bikes

The parking is very limited so please try and walk, bike or take public transport.

-The closest on-street parking is on Ashgate Road. This road does have parking restrictions depending on location and time of day.

-There are bike racks at Broomhill Climbing Works

-Buses are regular through Full-wood Road, with the closest stop just outside the building. Buses 52, 52a 6, 51, 120, 120k, 247a, 257b, 751, 784
